Welcome to the 3D modeling course in AutoCAD. I am Alexander and I will be your instructor. In the lessons that follow, I will show you how to model a complex architectural object. It is the town hall building designed by Alvar Aalto in the middle of the last century.

In doing so, you will learn how to form spatial structures from ordinary lines, create openings and construct a staircase. You will also master the techniques related to shaping roofs and the surrounding terrain. Since we still have a lot of work to do, it would be best to move on to something more specific right away.
