O: Unit 2 – Room 34.
SO: Good evening! I’ve booked a single room.
G: And what’s the name, please?
SO: My name’s Sam Over.
G: Right, you’ve got room 34. How many nights would you like to stay?
SO: Three nights, please.
G: Right, Mr. Ovar. Your room is on the third floor.
O: Would you like to look at it first?
G: No, that’s not necessary. But It’s got a shower, hasn’t it?
O: No, it hasn’t. Sorry, Mr. Ovar, but it’s got a nice view of the sea.
SO: Well, all right. And what about the toilet?
O: The toilet’s just across the street, opposite the hotel.
SO: Eh?
G: Look you can see it over there, next to the car park.
SO: Well, uh… and at night?
G: The toilet door is never locked, Mr. Ovar.
O: Yes, even after midnight!
SO: Huh?
G/O: Good night, Mr. Ovar!
O: Hello! Who’s speaking please?
AH: Alex Hippli. I’d like to reserve a room, please.
O: A single or a double room?
AH: A double, please.
O: A double room, very well. When will you arrive?
AH: In half an hour.
O: Right! I’ve made a note of it, sir.
G: Hello!
SO: Your hotel’s terribly noisy! I cannot sleep here!
G: Can you hear any noise, Oliver?
O: No, I can’t hear anything.
G: It’s calm and quiet, no noise at all. Sleep well!
Nf: Oh no, Nick, this can’t be our room!
O: Our Japanese ladies! What are they doing?
G: You see, they haven’t found their room, yet.
IS/AH: Good evening!
CG/O: Madam!… Sir!
AH: Hello, I’ve booked a double room for “Hippli”.
O: Are you together?
G: Oliver! Please!
AH: Yes, we’ve just got married and this is our honeymoon.
IS: Yes, we’ve been married since yesterday.
G: Congratulations!
O: Your room’s on the first floor.
G: Good night!
O: Gosh, what a couple! (Boom!)
G: Oh no, the elevator!
O: It’s still stuck on the top floor…
