Thank you for shopping at ONLINE EDUCATION. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

    ANIMA d.o.o. is obliged to refund the payments received from the consumer without delay, including delivery costs, and no later than within 14 days from the day on which he received the cancellation form.

    ANIMA d.o.o. can delay the refund until he receives the goods to be returned, or until the consumer provides proof that he sent the goods to the trader, whichever comes first, except in the case when the trader has offered to collect the goods himself.

    ANIMA d.o.o. makes a refund using the same means of payment that the consumer used in the original transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to the use of another means of payment and provided that the consumer does not incur any costs due to such a refund. In case of a refund to the customer who paid for the goods with one of the payment cards,

    ANIMA d.o.o. is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro and other electronic payment methods, which means that the bank will refund funds exclusively to the card user’s account at the seller’s request.

    In the case of a refund to the customer who paid for the goods with a general money order, ANIMA d.o.o. is obliged to make the refund by payment to the customer’s current account.

    In the case of a refund to the customer who paid for the goods by check ─ legal entities, ANIMA d.o.o. is obliged to make the refund by payment to the customer’s current account.
