Pre-contractual notification of the consumer is carried out by explaining the conditions of purchase to the customer before payment, as well as showing the specifications of the entire order.

According to the current Act on Consumer Protection, Article 27, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance, i.e. off-premises within 14 days. The consumer exercises the right to cancel by filling out the Cancellation Form and sending the completed form to the merchant within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods. In case of cancellation, the consumer bears only the costs of returning the goods.
